From what she heard, made her feel a bit uncomfortable. Claudia, looked around and thought to herself on why her father would do such a thing. She didn't say a word to Louis, for a second. Then she thought of an idea. "Is he mad at us Louis? Is that why he left us?" she asked all of a sudden looking at Louis. Touching his hear, which ran through her little fingers. Then she leaned on him like a child.

"Lestat has long forgiven us and I am trying to trust him again" said Louis "You know Lestat though always wishing for attention, if you do not recall the snob in him loved to hunt in society"

Louis still remembered quite a bit about Lestat. He held Claudia close to him. She was his child as was Gabriel, he needed to love them both no matter what.

"Do you want to know something that I found out about Lestat" said Louis knowing it would raise her spirits some.

"I guess. if it makes me feel any better Louis. I'd like to know what has happend to him." Claudia sat on Louis, legs in the middle. Watching him. She looked into his eyes, and she was able to find some worry-ness in them. Claudia touched his face, gently and looked around. Ready to hear what has happend to Lestat.

Louis knew that she was going to be ok. She was a strong girl. He picked her up and then held her close to him.

"Why don't we go and let you get to know your new family and there are some other things that I will have to explain to you" said Louis

Claudia leaned her head on Louis' shoulder, and watched everything go by in her eyes. "So, This is it then huh. My life is about to change" she asked Louis. "Everything is weird and new to me at the moment, I don't understand on what is happening. I'm a big sister now??" she asked curiously.
